How long to be able to use the Agent? +
The agent's setup takes usually less than 45min. You can either configure the agent yourself using our platform or book a - for limited time free - configuration call with our team. After that, the agent goes live immediately and starts answering DMs right away.
Will the agent sound like my brand or like a robot? +
The agent is tuned on to your Business' data and we're adding different personalities to bettter reflect the tone of your business/brand.
Is it safe for my Instagram account? +
Yes. We use official Meta/Instagram integrations only — no browser automation, no fake devices, no password storing. This keeps you within platform rules and avoids the typical “bot” risks.
What if the agent doesn’t understand a question? +
When the agent is unsure or when the topic is sensitive, it forwards the conversation to your team with a short summary. Your staff can then jump into the DM exactly as today. As default the agent does not make product/treatment recommendations.
Do I need a specific booking tool? +
No. Currently the Agent forwards specific booking requests to your telegram. Alternatively the agent simply sends customers to the correct booking link and pre-fills information where possible, we're adding support for more booking tools soon (Treatwell, Calendly, simple Google Forms, etc.).
Can I pause or cancel any time? +
Yes. Plans are 4-week subscriptions. If you ever want to pause, you can switch the agent to off completely.
How often do you add new features. Can I make suggestions? +
Yes. We have frequent release cycles and prioritize features in accordance to our existing customers' needs.
